MMM Commentary for Doctor Who – Silver Nemesis – Episode 3 (part of the MMM Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Project)
Today marks the begin of another new project from those clever bods at MMM Commentaries.
As has been pointed out, 2013 marks the 50th year of the finest science fiction program on the planet, namely, Doctor Who.
The MMM boys are celebrating it in their own way by releasing a commentary track for eleven individual episodes, one from each Doctor.
The first episode to be released is Silver Nemesis, Episode 3. The 7th Doctor Ace, Cybermen, Germans, mad Victorian ladies and gold!
MMM’s look at Season 1 of Doctor Who comes to a glorious conclusion with the final episode of the Reign of Terror – Prisoners of the Concierge.
Episode 5 of The Reign of Terror is where we find ourselves today – A Bargain of Necessity.
The boys at MMM continue their journey through first season Doctor Who (nearly at the end now everyone!). They bring you today the fourth episode of The Reign of Terror – The Tyrant of France.
Episode 3 of this first season William Hartnell story – The Reign of Terror – A Change of Identity.
The second episode of the Reign of Terror – entitled Guests of Madame Guillotine.
Back into the familiar world of Doctor Who now, as the boys resume their epic Season 1 Doctor Who Project.
The Reign of Terror is the next story, and is the last story of Hartnell’s first season as the Doctor. The first episode of this story is entitled The Land of Fear.
Another new venture for the clever boys of MMM – moving into the series credited with bringing plot arcs to science fiction tv – Babylon 5.
Tony, Gecko and Geoff are commentating on the story that started it all – the pilot episode – The Gathering.
Let the boys take you back to a time when the internet was just a dream, Doctor Who wasn’t even on television anymore and nobody had ever heard of a show called Firefly.
Please note this commentary is based on the re-edited pilot version released in 1998, and not the version originally aired or on the ITunes store.
Time for the MMM boys – Tony, Geoff and Gecko to take on new Doctor Who in the MMM style you know and love.
The Angels Take Manhattan, which saw the return of the Weeping Angels, as well as the departure of Amy and Rory (sorry, spoilers!).
Continuing our super hero commentary series, we come to the big one – The Avengers ie. the film full of superheroes.
The commentary team of Tony, Geoff and Gecko talk you through the biggest film from 2012.
